NCS Alums Help with Stage Combat and Rifles

These videos are for Caroline, Brooke, Tyler and barricade soldiers. Ben Walker and Luke Moran helped with stage combat and rifle handling today. They enjoyed their visit, by the way, and were very impressed with everyone!

This is a copy of the email sent out Sunday, Dec. 11.

For sake of time, we have decided to streamline the costume process to include some digital sharing via email. Please identify EVERY costume/role that defines you and adhere to the following plans:

Dec 17 Schedule and Sewing Group Details

Please review this schedule carefully. You'll see that some of you are only called from 9:00am until 12:00 noon. Also, we are hoping some of you and your family will help Mrs. Henker with a Sewing Group during that afternoon. Please ask your family and friends if they'd like to help. Maybe you have friends not in the show but they'd be interested in helping with this. That's fine. Just RSVP to Mrs. Henker. Details inside the schedule document.

PLEASE READ

There was an oversight on the schedule today. I fear this may happen again. When you are reading the schedule, PLEASE look not only at the CALLED section of the schedule, but look at the SCENES we are doing. If I missed listing you in the called section but you know you're in a scene, please attend rehearsal. If you're not sure, e-mail us to clarify. There are lots of moving parts to this show and, try as I might, I don't always catch everything. Sorry for any confusion.

Thank you for and all your hard work this week. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

SCHEDULE CHANGE FRIDAY, DEC 2

Friday, Dec. 2 will NOT be all cast from 2:30-3:15.

Instead, we will be finishing the blocking of The Docks (scene #4) from 2:30-3:15. If you are not in this scene, and you are not in the other three scenes schedule for Friday, (The Beggars, The Robbery, and Stars), you are not called tomorrow. REVISED SCHEDULE We were unable to complete the blocking for Scene #4 on Thursday, and we do not want to waste anyone's time so this is the reason for the change. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you, also, for being prepared for the scheduled scenes at each rehearsal. And, thank you for notifying us in advance of your absence if possible. This helps us not inconvenience people and require re-scheduling.

Finally, everyone should be OFF BOOK for Act One.
